Hospitals should expressly state which procedures they will provide, and which they won't

In a letter to Colorado Chief Medical Officer Ned Calonge, Colorado Center on Law and Policy Special Counsel Ed Kahn calls on the state Board of Health to make rules that require hospitals and other health providers to state the medical procedures they'll provide and those they won't. The letter was prompted by the recent takeover of operating authority at two Exempla hospitals.
